At 21st century, the expectation of military affair needs and strives for high quality human power is most important task for military affair building up fighting force to prepare against the war. Due to the Armed Forces of the R.O.C. needs noncommissioned officers and military officers approximately ten thousand people for the replacement every year, Ministry of National Defense decided to establish "Armed Forces Recruiting Organization". For the advantage of the Armed Forces Recruiting Organization, we unified Armed Forces recruiting resources and took the initiative to promote ourselves Moreover, in order to accomplish of expanding recruiting resources of military officers and noncommissioned officers, Armed Forces Organization combined with local people organizations and government organizations to allow youths obtain the mlly information of joining armies, and enhances quality of Armed Forced cadres.
